Styling Chairs, Barber Chairs, All Purpose
Chairs, Shampoo Chairs, Dryer Chairs & Stools
The tightness of all screws on chairs and
stools may need to be checked from time to time.
Keep away from direct exposure to sunlight as this could cause color to
fade.
Keep away from direct exposure to air-conditioning or heating drafts as
this may cause material to harden over time.
Wipe chair frequently to remove buildup of sweat and dirt.
Use plastic cover to protect rear of chair from hair color / stain.
Failure to do so may result in discoloration.
Customers are not to use the footrest as a step as this may cause the
footrest to break.
Before helping your customer up from the styling chair the hydraulic
must be fully lowered.
Signature Series Manicure Tables, Styling
Stations, Reception Desks and Carts
If granite is present, this surface should
be utilized for holding any chemicals instead of the wood surface.
Chemicals such as acetone and dyes have the potential to affect the
finish of the furniture.
Under manufacturer recommendation, any
granite surface should be resealed roughly every six months to a year to
extend the life and look of the granite.
An approved electrician must service all
equipment still under warranty. Failure to do so will result in the
warranty being voided. Documentation must be provided to Minerva Beauty,
Inc. for all electrical related warranty issues.
Slamming drawers shut may cause bends in
the drawer glides over time. If shut properly the lifetime of the glides
will be extended.
Laminate Manicure Tables, Styling Stations,
Reception Desks and Carts
If glass is present, this surface should
be utilized for holding any chemicals instead of the laminate surface.
Chemicals such as acetone and dyes have the potential to affect the

Hair Dryers & Hair Steamers
Usage of any water other than distilled
water in these products will void the warranty.
Under manufacturer advice, hair steamers
should be cleaned no less than once a week. A mixture of 2 Tbsp distilled
vinegar should be placed in the water reservoir and diluted with
distilled water. An entire cycle of this mixture should be run
completely through and then a second cycle of just distilled water
should be run directly after. The more the steamer is used the more
often it should be cleaned.
Dryer and Steamer hoods should be cleaned
and maintained. Build up of any kind of product on the inside of the
hood may hinder or break the product.
Backwash Shampoo Systems & Shampoo Bowls
At no time should any product containing
bleach or barbicide be used to clean or sanitize any of the shampoo
sinks. Such products may cause the breakdown of seals and result in
leaking.
A licensed plumber must perform all
installation for plumbing and all plumbing related equipment. Failure to
do so will result in the warranty being voided. Documentation must be
provided to Minerva Beauty, Inc. for all plumbing related warranty
issues.
Pedicure Chairs
At no time should any product containing
bleach or barbicide be used to clean or sanitize Pedicure Chair basins.
Such products may cause the breakdown of seals and result in leaking.

Skin Care Equipment
Usage of any water other than distilled

Filters need to be replaced on a
consistent basis. Not changing filters may cause clogs in the lines and
result in the breakdown of the machine.
Dry towels should never be placed in a hot
towel cabinet as this is a fire hazard and may cause overheating and/or
burns to the interior of the unit.
Under manufacturer advice, facial steamers
should be cleaned no less than once a week. A mixture of 2 Tbsp
distilled vinegar should be placed in the water reservoir and

run completely through. Once this cycle has been completed a second
cycle of just distilled water should be run completely through. The more
the steamer is used the more often it should be cleaned.
UV Sanitizers are for shears and clipper
blades. They are not for use on combs, brushes or entire clipper units.
