Standard shipping is via freight.
All freight is delivered curbside, signature required. Customer should
call delivery company to set up a delivery time, if needed. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 1-5 business days from the time of order.
Standard delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii, however we may be able
to expedite shipments upon request.

Curbside Delivery |

Curbside Delivery Service
Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway.
This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.
Your item will be shipped to a local delivery terminal.
The delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and will be scheduled as a 4-hour window.
Your item will be delivered truck and will be taken off the truck by the delivery driver.
Minerva will recommend and may sometimes require liftgates for larger items for an additional charge.
Upon delivery please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing delivery due to damage please note refused due to damage on this receipt.
A signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt. Please note, if you live down a road or driveway that the delivery truck cannot access without causing damage to the truck we will be unable to complete delivery.

Free Shipping
applies to standard delivery on new purchases only. Additional freight surcharges including lift
gates ($125), residential delivery ($125), schools, limited access locations, and
inside delivery may be required. If an order is processed online using
Google Shopping Cart and it is determined a shipping surcharge may be
required, a sales associate will be in contact regarding the order.
Currently, Free Shipping is only available in the Continental U.S. and
does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada. Please speak to a Sales
Representative if you are calling from an area that does not qualify for
Free Shipping or if you plan to purchase and pickup from our showroom
location. |

Freight Shipping VS Ground Delivery |
|
Ground delivery is only available on smaller items which
are able to be transported via a standard delivery truck. Ground
shipments can be delivered to residential or commercial locations.
Freight delivery is used for larger packages which need to be handled
with care and delivered on a larger truck via a pallet. Freight
deliveries typically utilize a lift gate on the rear of the truck and
delivery is curbside only. It is important to track your freight
delivery so you will be able to sign for the delivery and move the
packages to the interior of your space. Freight delivery to a
residential address (even if the business is located in a home) will
incur additional costs. We recommend delivering to a commercial address
whenever possible. The above map is an estimation only of business days
in transit. |

Typically, larger orders of multiple items can be changed
from Ground to Freight, resulting in savings. Call our Sales
