2. How does the Minerva Beauty Fly-In Program travel credit work?
The Minerva Beauty Fly-In Program provides a credit toward your qualifying equipment order to help cover eligible travel expenses. Your credit is based on your documented travel costs, up to the maximum allowed for your purchase tier. It reduces your order balance and is not paid separately as cash or a reimbursement check.
3. How much do I need to spend to qualify for a travel credit?
A minimum qualifying merchandise subtotal of $7,500 is required. The Fly-In Program offers three travel credit tiers:
$7,500–$14,999.99: Up to $500 in travel credit.
$15,000–$24,999.99: Up to $1,000 in travel credit.
$25,000 or more: Up to $1,500 in travel credit.
Your qualifying merchandise subtotal is calculated after discounts and before shipping, taxes, installation, warranties, and other fees. Your credit cannot exceed your documented eligible travel expenses.
What might a qualifying order look like? If you’re furnishing a four-station salon, your order might include four styling chairs, two shampoo systems, four styling stations, salon carts or salon service trays, and other miscellaneous salon supplies. Whether that combination reaches $7,500 depends on the models and discounts you choose. Your product specialist can help you build a qualifying order around your space, services, and budget.

Eligible travel expenses include airfare, hotel accommodations, rental vehicles, and rideshares for your showroom visit. Receipts or other documentation are required for each expense. The total travel credit is limited to the maximum available for your qualifying purchase tier.
5. Can I visit the showroom without making a qualifying purchase?
Yes. You’re welcome to visit the Minerva Beauty showroom with no obligation to purchase. However, the Fly-In Program travel credit requires a qualifying merchandise subtotal of at least $7,500. If you don’t make a purchase or your order falls below that amount, your travel expenses remain your responsibility.
*Travel credit is limited to actual, documented eligible travel expenses and the maximum amount available for the applicable purchase tier. Purchase thresholds are based on the final merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping, taxes, installation, warranties, and other fees. Approved travel expenses will be applied as a credit toward the qualifying order and deducted from the remaining order balance. The travel credit has no cash value and cannot exceed the amount owed on the order. Returns, cancellations, discounts, or order reductions may reduce or void the credit, and any unearned credit may be deducted from the customer’s refund or added to the remaining balance due. One travel credit is available per qualifying customer, project, or order. The program may not be combined with other travel incentives. Additional restrictions may apply.
