Does your sales team work on commission?
No — Minerva Beauty’s sales team does not work on commission. Every customer receives the same level of support, whether you're buying a single tool or furnishing an entire beauty and wellness business. Our team is available during business hours by phone or in person at our Monroe, GA showroom.
What payment options are available?
You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or Klarna online financing when ordering through our website. For phone or in-person orders, we also accept Cash, Cashier’s Checks, Money Wires, and financing through Brickhouse Capital.
Are there options for leasing or financing a purchase?
Yes. Klarna is available at checkout for equipment orders $150 to $20,000 and provides instant approval decisions.

Yes — local customers can pick up orders at our Monroe, GA showroom. Depending on order size, you may need a pickup truck or rental vehicle with covered space. Contact a Sales Representative to schedule a pickup time.
How fast does Minerva ship orders?

Showroom & Appointments

Do you have any showrooms other than the one in Georgia?
No. Our showroom is located in Monroe, Georgia, less than an hour from Atlanta. If traveling from out of state, check out our Fly-In Program on the Visit Us page.

Yes. You can call 888-332-0123 or fill out the appointment form here.

Product Information & Care

Are upholstery color swatches available?
Yes. We can send vinyl color swatches so you can confidently match your salon, spa, or barbershop design. The colors shown online are a close representation, but physical swatches ensure accuracy.
Do Minerva Beauty salon chairs or vinyl products stain?
Hair color can stain any vinyl surface — especially lighter shades. We recommend using salon chair covers and wiping spills immediately. A vinegar-and-water mixture (2:1 ratio) or Ship-Shape Cleaner is safe to use.
Are custom colors available?
Yes. Many products can be customized using the colors from our Color Chart. Additional fees may apply.
Can hydraulic bases and footrests be swapped?
Yes, styling chair bases and footrests can be swapped. Additional charges may apply. Contact our Sales Team to learn more.
Do you sell used or refurbished products?
No — Minerva Beauty sells only new salon and spa equipment. For discounted items, visit our Sales & Clearance section.

Are the pictures on your website real photos of the products?
Yes. All images on MinervaBeauty.com are professional photos of actual products in our showroom — never computer-generated renderings. Our team can provide additional measurements and product details upon request.
