Does your sales team work off commission?

No. Our Sales Team is available to help answer any questions you may have while shopping our products. All members of our 9-person Sales Team can be reached during business hours over-the-phone or in-person at our distribution headquarters and showroom in Monroe, GA. 

What payment options are available?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cashiers Checks, and Money Wires.


Why are shipping prices not posted on the website?

Because many of the items we carry are large they must be shipped via Freight instead of Ground. Freight prices vary by the total weight of a shipment and we recommend using the estimate feature in the online shopping cart to check shipping costs to your zip code. If you have a special shipping requirement, please give our Sales Team a call prior to purchase. 


Are custom colors available?

Typically, we are able to provide custom color combinations using options from our Color Chart. Additional fees may apply.


Can hydraulic bases and/or footrests be swapped?

Yes, hydraulic bases and footrests on styling chairs can be swapped. Additional charges may apply, please call our Sales Team at 1-888-332-0123 for more information.


Are there any options for leasing or financing a purchase?

Yes, we have partnered with Quest Resources (United States) and Provisio Financial Services (Canada) to provide a financing option to our customers. Please see our Financing page for more information.


Do you sell used or refurbished products?

No, we only sell new salon equipment and furniture. As the manufacturer, we carry our own product line and do not act as a reseller for any other manufacturers. To search for additionally discounted items, we recommend reviewing our "Clearance" section.


Do you have any showrooms other than Atlanta, Georgia?

Currently, our only showroom is in Georgia. All purchases made by residents of the state of Georgia are required to pay Georgia sales tax while residents purchasing from other states or countries do not have to pay Georgia sales tax.


Are the pictures on your website of actual products in your showroom?

Yes. All of the pictures you see on our website have been taken of actual products in our showroom. We never place computer drawings of a product on our website. In fact, if you have questions about a product just call our sales team and ask! All product are on display in our showroom, we are able to take additional measurements and answer additional questions you might have.


Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Yes! In fact we encourage local buyers who are able, to pick up their order at our showroom. Depending on the size of the order, customer often use a pickup truck or rent a U-Haul style vehicle with a covered area in case of inclement weather. Ask a sales person about scheduling for pickup. 


Are there discounts for ordering multiple items?

No, because we are the manufacturer and sell direct to the public, our prices are already discounted. For the best savings on an order, we recommend looking at our selection of Salon Packages which are priced less than if all the products were purchases separately.


What do I need to know prior to purchasing a backwash or pedicure chair?
